The overwork is incredible. Management gaslights employees to try to get more work out of them, blaming them for inadequate work when the expectations are so unrealistic the tasks are impossible.
CEO is a joke. The emotional intelligence is at a bare minimum, and he talks the talk on LinkedIn but working and interacting with him made me feel like I had to talk to him like I would a child so he did not get offended. He’s too close to his false idea of what he has built and refuses to hear feedback or change. Since the merger it has been a truly awful place to work. You’ll see employees crying daily, and six months or less is an average tenure. Management lets clients yell and curse at employees - there was one client who had a team change three times because of this and the client still works there when each of those three teams have quit. Even a newly hired CMO didn’t last a year.
