Pros
The company has a great, energetic and friendly culture. It's a great place to learn all about all facets of digital marketing, especially as a first role after university. The company has transitioned into working form home well after covid, with great perks such as being sent good quality office equipment (including desk chairs etc.), being sent food once every 2 weeks (as a replacement for the free office lunches we once had) and small presents, such as a plant for Christmas.
Cons
That being said, an issue I've repeatedly come across is people not being paid the salary that correctly matches their role and responsibility until they've already been in that role for many months. The pay system is transparent, which is great (albeit a bit low), but pay needs to be reviewed more regularly as responsibilities often rise long before pay does, which can feel disrespectful and demotivating. It often feels as if the topic is approached timidly by staff and therefore brushed under the carpet. If it means cutting some of the perks, I think people would generally prefer the pay.
