-Since Brainlabs acquired Hanapin & Distilled, there have been a TON of senior departures, myself included. The reason is because BL doesn't pay market value and there isn't much reward for hard work and client growth. Even though the agency has been very successful, the profits are not shared with the services team and many folks had their promotions delayed because of bogus reasons.
-Once you make it to senior level, there are very few promotion opportunities and the pay bumps are very small in proportion to the spend under you mangement
-Global leadership is a smart bunch, but they have largely ignored the number of senior people that have left over the last year and focused on exec level hires vs. hiring more experienced account managers.
