We do regularly benchmark and evaluate our salaries against the market to ensure that we're paying our team well, and ultimately doing what we can to retain folks! We see a higher than average tenure than other agencies (2+ years, compared to 12-18 months), and we see a variety of reasons for folks leaving the team including moving in-house to work brand-side as well changing careers entirely.
