Pros
- Hard-working and young colleagues - Client-facing role - Good exposure to industry updates & best practices
Cons
- Highly demanding position for a really low pay. - Under-resourced teams with undertrained managers. - Hard to push back on clients requests ( even if they are unreasonable). Other agencies are better at ensuring that junior teams isn’t overwhelmed with work. - No time to attend trainings as we are constantly prioritising client requests. - Always someone on holiday meaning you have to cover for their work. If the work balance was respected, maybe people wouldn’t feel the need to take that many days off?? - Working hours aren’t respected like they are in other agencies. People work regularly overtime without complaining about it. You have no choice as you are dealing with 2-3 clients minimum at a time. If you care so much about mental health, please make sure that people aren’t working overtime.
