This place can be hell on earth avoid especially when coming from elsewhere. - Excessive brutal working hours - Most picky and demanding clients you will ever come across - Excessive obsession with decks and client meetings - Hard to describe but culture is really strange - Divide between BL graduates and people joining from elsewhere - Can be lonely place Basically all you get is complaints and demands. Its hard to explain but this place is somehow completely detached from other workplaces so a lot of people who join in leave very soon. If you dont trust me check LinkedIn and you will see that averge staff stays there for a year.
