Pros
Friendly bunch of people, always very willing to help. Seamless interview process and interviewers help you relax so you provide right responses without being nervous There are loads of tech tools to make your job easier, you just need training to know how to use them
Cons
Practical Training conducted by those with very minimal experience Changed contract of employment mid-year No unified ways of work across teams, for example a team had access to XYZ tools while another team did't even use the tools for work, despite the fact both teams were doing similar tasks with different clients high turn over of staff, loads of new hires and loads of people also resigning A few team members do not have interpersonal skills or experience that come with the roles they have. (I only speak for the team I was with)
