It's literally no different than all the other corporate agencies. You won't sleep, you won't eat, and you'll get thrown under the bus. You'll be graded not on your performance, but on how well you follow mundane processes that do literally nothing to produce quality work. Management is obsessed with adding new documents or micromanaging policies for everything they can. Just because employees aren't being yelled at doesn't mean the environment isn't toxic.
