Pros
- The folks who work here are hardworking and for the most part, nice. - Highly flexible in terms of days off, family emergencies, personal time off, etc.
Cons
- Lack of management. - No clear direction in terms of career progression. - No willingness to help their employees during tough economic times. - Pay below industry standard although they are continuously growing. - HR rep. completely gaslit me when I came to them with career concerns. - If you ask for a raise, good luck! The only way I was offered to get my raise was if I agreed to take on an additional role that didn't correspond to me. The person that was in the additional role I was offered, was leaving. They tried to dress it up as a "promotion," when in reality it was just extra work for the raise I asked for which didn't even amount to what is merited to take on all that work...When I declined the offer to take on this additional role, I was harassed out of my position being that they completely removed it from my team and left me with no other option than to hand in my resignation. Mind you, I was hitting all of the goals that were required from me in the role I was hired into.
