Pros
This company knows how to talk a good game and if you're interested in a path to higher titles and salary, there are plenty of opportunities. Most things are measured, which means it's easy to see what's working, what's not, and where you fall. Feedback is constantly solicited and constantly provided, and most of leadership will take an audience with any employee regardless of rank or tenure.
Cons
The leadership has a chasm of disconnect from their employees. There is a lot of talk about values and intention, but a consistent lack of corresponding action. The desire to create a "diverse" work front is rooted in optics and visibility. If you don't see or meet people who share your identity or affinity when applying, assume they're not there. The need to push the company's perceived value seems to be driving a lot of decisions.
