Damaging place to work - Anonymous employee Brainlabs Employee Review

Working at Brainlabs destroyed my mental health. The senior leadership team are bullies who can't make up their minds which direction the company is going in. There's an awful lot of duplication because of this lack of strategic guidance. They deliberately cultivate an inclusive kind image and promise new recruits things they know won't materialise just to get people through the door because they are haemorrhaging staff. Commitment to DEI is non-existent and values are not lived by any of the senior team.
