The company does its best to support its staff, especially during stressful times Opportunities for growth Good benefits package including holidays, scheme for staff to move to another country for a month, private healthcare
Cons
Lack of transparency on job roles, structure and pay scales. Too much focus on profitability, resulting in higher workloads for staff without help, therefor lower profitability as staff don’t have time to fully support all their accounts. No transparency on guidelines for bonus’, bonus freezes, new hire freezes. Increased focus on profitability has affected relationships with some long term clients as they have been deemed ‘not worth our time.
