It's a bit of a sorry state. This place leaves the most intelligent rattled and running. Leadership are only concerned with painting a superficial pretty picture and masking how deeply unhappy they're making their employees. Don't bother challenging or trying to improve things, it will only ever be met with a brick wall. You will leave feeling mentally fatigued. D&I, have they even heard of it, or is that another nepotism hire?
