Pros
Free food, great people to work with, office location is perfect - that way after work drinks and team socials are easy to sort out with. Great for people who wants to start somewhere into the digital marketing world with little media buying experience, you'll get great mentorships from people who have work 8+months within the company, who should be able to help you with your initial questions when you join, and the social evenings are great!
Cons
There were quite a lot of management gaps at the time, issues were discussed and brought up to several people on many occasions, but very little actions were taken (sometimes it can take too long). Career climbing wise, at the time, some teams promotes others at different times. You'll hear different feedback from different teams most of the time. Some will tell you, "only after a year working within the team, you'll get a promotion", but you'll see/meet people who've worked within the business in less than 3 months and is currently getting promoted - so it really depends.
