Pros

Everyone I’ve met and of worked with is very warm and friendly - the general feeling is that there isn’t any gossip, cliques etc which is really important. The most unique part of the company is that there doesn’t feel like there’s a hierarchy, seniors are very welcoming and transparent with you and there’s no feeling of competition. They have decent processes and resources - recently there’s been a bigger learning curve as they’ve really turned around a lot of the internal systems and programmes - so it’s been a lot to get your head around but generally should really improve productivity once we all adapt! They have pretty good learning resources - there’s an online hub with recorded sessions (could be slightly better organised) where you can learn about all things social, search and programmatic as well as analytics, seo and so on. Health insurance is a big pro! 80% off dental and opticians and free therapy.

Cons

One aspect that I’ve not got on with, although many will disagree, is the flexible working. You can work flexible hours (core hours 10-4) and go into the office on any day/s or not at all with hot desking. For me this means I never know when my teammates or other colleagues are in the office, unless I co-ordinate with a multitude of people. Hot desking often means I need to remember each week to book a seat (Thursdays are notoriously booked up) and may sit next to strangers each week. It’s just a pain. Also it can be a pain to get promoted, lot of back and forth, yet the company is quick to employ others just as capable and no more qualified.

Pros

The onboarding experience and the CEO

Cons

Management is extremely inexperienced. Pay is very low. Management heavy. Feels like a factory for digital marketing where the most junior people are getting the majority of work done.
