Pros
A very supportive team that encouraged growth. They were understanding of emergency circumstances, and it really felt like I was on a team with amazing leaders instead of a bunch of managers. Even my direct coworkers were nice and more than willing to help when things got tough. If you had questions, they would get you answers and not knock you down about them. I really felt I could be myself and flourish on the team. Leaving the company, I learned a lot more about myself and what I needed in the future. This is an amazing chapter in my career story.
Cons
Sometimes there could be a lack of communication between our team and those who needed us to complete assignments. There were a lot of things we had to account for, such as time differences, language barriers, and cultural differences. It was frustrating because my direct superiors wouldn't know anything either, so we'd be pushing pixels, waiting for answers. However, I can say that other teams always worked as hard and fast as they could to get us the information we needed, so this is more of a tiny gripe than a super huge problem.
