Pros

The energy of this office is great, there are new graduates and young adults from all over the world that work here. It feels quite social in that aspect which is quite unique. The rotational style of the program is also great if you don’t know exactly what you want to do in digital marketing specifically, the training really helps you get acclimated to the job. Also with agency life, you usually tend to wear a lot more hats and there is always work to be done so if you want to learn about anything or try something new, someone is always willing to mentor you and help. The Academy structure is great for career growth as well as the promotion path is relatively structured given you meet the requirements for promotion which are reasonable to achieve.

Cons

With the economic turmoil in Argentina, the pay here is quite frankly unlivable. While we were promised proper protection regarding inflation when we signed the contract, it has been a struggle to make ends meet with my buying power arguably even worse even after considering that I’ve had an entire year of promotions as well. I would say at most, my paycheck covers rent and groceries. They do quarterly reviews of salary to keep up with the devaluation of the currency and rising cost of living, but each one has fallen significantly flat. While most people who join the program came out to Argentina with the dreams of traveling, this salary unfortunately will not be contributing to any of that. If you have sufficient savings, are willing to take up a second job, or have support from your family, this position can be kind of looked at as a study abroad with a stipend but there are better financial options out there if you want to work and travel.

Pros

You have a CEO who wears a fun hat, so that means he's down with the young folks, I guess.

Cons

It's literally no different than all the other corporate agencies. You won't sleep, you won't eat, and you'll get thrown under the bus. You'll be graded not on your performance, but on how well you follow mundane processes that do literally nothing to produce quality work. Management is obsessed with adding new documents or micromanaging policies for everything they can. Just because employees aren't being yelled at doesn't mean the environment isn't toxic. You will not have a life here, They will not set you up for success.
