Pros
-Teammates who are fun to work with and make the job somewhat bearable - Experience to put on your resume (except no one has ever heard of BrightEdge) - Fast promotion path (if you ever make it to promotion)
Cons
Where do I even begin...There are a lot of negative reviews on here and I ignored them because I figured that the people were writing them because they just were not good at sales, but let me tell you that they are all true!! - No work like balance 70+ hour weeks including Sundays and they will still want more. If you don't work a 12 hour day or take a full hour lunch expect your manager to say something -You will not be treated like a person, you are only a number and if you are not a favorite right off the bat expect to fail. The ramp period is not long enough to fully hone your skills and if you are a mid-level performer after that you will be left behind. -If you are struggling and need help the only help you will get is from your peers. The managers are so unqualified they probably would not be able to help you anyways. - The micromanagement is out of control. - Anything you do will not be good enough. All we hear from upper management is negative feedback.
