Pros
None that you can’t get elsewhere. Only the people I work with is worthy.
Cons
Where to start... - It is an American company and it is well known they are workaholics. They are looking to expand the business across Europe, but it seems they are not ready to abandon their American mentality and be more competitive about salary and benefits. - From the beginning, they will make you think they are doing you a favour by giving you the job like you should feel privileged for working there. They will make you think you are working for such a successful and very promising company with amazing benefits and lots of opportunities. After a few months, you will realise none of that is true. They are growing but they don't share their success with their employees. - Enjoy this company if you don't care about competitive salary, pay rise, benefits, etc. You need to fight a lot to get a pay rise and when you do, don't be surprised if it doesn't even cover the annual inflation rate. It will also take months from the moment it was requested until it is approved and paid. I would say salaries are average so if your hope is to get it increased with pay rises, don't count on it, save your time joining this company and look for another job somewhere else. - Lots of promises in the air... They will promise you a lot of stuff, but as nothing is written on paper, you take the risk those promises won't be delivered. This will make you lose faith in your manager and don't trust anything that comes from their mouth. I have shared my bits so people like me don't make the same mistake. It is better to reject the offer and keep looking for better options.
