Pros
Work from home Tech is supplied by company Full time salary instead of 1099 Attempts at creating colleague bonds
Cons
Implement new ideas fast and recklessly without taking ethical considerations into mind. Tech and management side do not understand front line, clinical care and its implications. Minimal transparency, when you ask questions you will get the “right answers” but things will actually be working in the opposite direction behind your back. If you are a thought leader, this will be viewed as dissension and rebellion, instead of them listening and collaborating. They will work you hard and say that you’re the best they’ve got and then “randomly” lump you in for layoffs all within the same month. They do not value or care about parent and client feedback, when parents provide feedback they take the view of “the caregiver is misinformed”. You do not have freedom to practice to your theoretical orientation and thus get stuck in the wheel of providing “Cookie cutter” treatment.
