Pros

Remote work, getting to work with amazing coaches with lots of experiences.

Cons

As with any mental health tech company there are constant changes. Some benefit staff members and some don’t. It’s sad to see another mental health tech company with uneven treatment for staff. Coaches and therapist are treated like robots, not having enough autonomy, and when asking for time the answer is to work over time. The amount of toxic positivity in this company is crazy and right in front of your face. They would rather you get burned out than help you with creating work life balance. I’m sure the reviews with no complaints are staff members who have the ability to set their schedules and take the time to take care of their children’s needs.

Pros

Everyone has been so kind and supportive during the onboarding process. The trainings and learning opportunities from leadership will equip me with the skills and confidence needed to excel in my position!

Cons

Navigating the EHR system is confusing and not very user friendly.

Pros

None whatsoever. Probably a small handful of cool coworkers but that's it

Cons

No work/life balance, no weekends off, no direction and specific instructions, HORRIBLE MANAGERS, the pay doesn't match with my title for the amount of work they add and no raises. The amount of dishonest managers and power hungry managers DO NOT care at all. You can run a mile for them but once you want something they always want to use "be a team player" this company is the living embodiment of "we're family" any time a job says that I see that as a red flag now.
