Pros

Relatively flexible and casual work environment, approachable management, and incredibly nice coworkers.

Cons

Layoffs and job eliminations without transparency. As part of "Broadridge 3.0" there are significant layoffs affecting the Marlboro, Needham, and Andover offices. Rumors rampant about which office(s) will close etc. Very shocked by some of those who have lost their jobs, truly great employees. Everyone is scared whenever the HR Lady comes to the office because it means someone else is being let go. Why can't the layoffs be done all in one swoop?

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the importance of approachable management when creating a positive work environment. Earlier this year, we began an effort to evolve our organization to better support our key client segments and growth opportunities by aligning leaders and their teams, better defining roles, increasing spans of control, and reducing organizational layers. We have had to make some difficult decisions along the way, but we are pleased with the opportunities that lay ahead for Broadridge and our associates. If you have any questions about the reorganization, please contact us at talent.acquisition@broadridge.com and someone will reach out to you within three business days.
