Pros

There is some work life balance but it is up to each individual supervisor to allow it or not to allow it.

Cons

Lack of leadership, lack of cohesion, lack of respect for anyone not in the inner circle, lack of advancement, although the say that you can HR is non existent for advice or guidance, or even when you have true issues they sweep it under the table

Pros

You can test tactics, fail, learn, and it's a great place to try new things.

Cons

The amount of admin work is insane. So much internal work that competes with marketing priorities.
