Pros

Steady work, longevity, benefits and 401k

Cons

Hourly employee but yet have been given 4 direct reports, constant lack of keeping commitment on raises, my team has also been promised raises but inevitably that never comes to fruition. Year after year. The production facility has become a refugee center due to continuing to take tax credits and focus on cost savings over any experienced workers. The quest to keep costs down has created a culture of ineptness, liability and unfairness.

Pros

You can test tactics, fail, learn, and it's a great place to try new things.

Cons

The amount of admin work is insane. So much internal work that competes with marketing priorities.
