Even after spending 8 yrs one has to struggle for promotion unless you are pet of your boss Vps and avps ie snr management are treated like gods and others like dogs. Just opposite. Even hr seems to just lick when it comes for across company growth Cant grow without lickung your vp, no matter how strong you are in tech. On a avearge i get 5 awards in year but since i only do my job i have limited growth
