      Good Company to Start Career, No Growth After - Finncial Analyst Broadridge Employee Review

      WFH was very flexible Great coworkers Interesting business/products

      Cons

      They do not promote within finance and do not pay near the current market rates. Promotion cycle was changed from twice a year to once without notice. In the last 2 years there has been nearly no promotions in the finance organization. Ratings each year don’t mean anything, you can get a 4 for 3 years in a row and still not get anything for it.
