At the time I was working, it was all about making sure the job was done and not that it was done right. I spent half my time correcting mistakes of employees that should have been let go a long time ago and the other half making sure I had all the necessary documentation to cover myself since this company was letting people go left and right at the time There is no room for advancement, its like once you are in job you are stuck there. It was not a place to grow, glad I was laid off, ended up at a much better job.
