-Great communication from executives down the ladder -Great level of teamwork between departments and branches -Excellent benefits and employee incentives -Easy to move up the ladder (in the right circumstances)
Cons
-Complacent employees with constant negative feedback about positive company changes. -Lack of ability to move up due to no turnover -When there is an upper management availability they do not post for the position but rather hire from an outside source -Hiring process extremely politica.
