7yThank you so much for your review. We value all feedback that we receive. Within the process of evolving Broadway Bank, we are looking at all aspects of the bank that are in need of a change. Through our different strategies there will be transitions in the processes of business, like our Online Banking, while still continuing to stick to the methodology of valuing customer service as our foundation in how we run. We appreciate hearing the concerns for circumstances that are felt on a day to day basis. We will take those concerns into consideration when moving forward with our direction of growth and progression.
