Pros
Well, pro #1 would probably be that I've never felt the need to review a company after only two weeks of working there, but this place is great. The benefits are nice, you're well compensated for your work, the people they hire are very nice & genuine and no one feels like they're forcing their presence on you. By that, I essentially mean that management & above treats you like a human being, not just another cog in the machine. I think that mainly has to do with the fact that the company itself is small, so there's a lot of room for employee/employer relationships to be built instead of maintained and at the bare minimum. Yeah, other companies have PTO & benefits too, but how many other companies would be genuinely hurt by your departure? None, because you're just a number to (most) of them, but not at BB. At BB you actually feel important and that your work doesn't feel like it's just catering to the masses. I've never felt like that at a company before. Most companies will always put the customers first (reasonably, they are what keep your company afloat), but with that, companies tend to neglect their employees. At BB you're treated with the same exact courtesy and respect as even the most well off employees. Oh, and I personally met the CEO on the first day. Didn't even know he was the CEO, he just walked in, asked if I was the new specialist, shook my hand and congratulated me. I found out about 5 minutes later who he was, and I was just shocked with how casual that was. I've worked for some bad companies, and worked for some okay companies, but I've never worked for a great company, and now I can say that I do.
Cons
I gotta re-iterate that I've only been here two weeks, so I can't give a full comprehensive list of cons in the workplace. Normally red flags in companies are painfully obvious the first few days of you working there, but BB hasn't set off any bells and whistles to my subconscious. I hear overtime is hard to come by? This is the last place of employment for most people because they don't end up leaving the company because it's that good? I'll probably think up some better ones later. I'm not employed at one of the branches, so I don't know if employment is any different there. From the back offices tho, it's good stuff. 10/10 would recommend
