Pros
I've been with BrowserStack for over two years in the Talent Acquisition team, and it's been a great place to be. One thing I appreciate is the amount of ownership you're given. If you have ideas to improve a process, people are open to listening, and you're encouraged to take the lead and make things happen. As a recruiter, I've never felt limited to just hiring. Along with owning engineering hiring, I also got the opportunity to support hiring for non-technical functions, which gave me exposure to different parts of the business and helped me broaden my skills. We are treated as business partners, working closely with hiring managers to solve hiring challenges rather than simply managing the process. Another thing that's exciting is how quickly the company is embracing AI. Teams across the organization are actively exploring and adopting AI to improve productivity, automate, and make better decisions. It's encouraging to work in an environment that is open to experimenting with new technologies and continuously finding smarter ways of working.
Cons
No company is perfect, and as BrowserStack continues to grow, there are times when priorities change quickly or multiple stakeholders need to align, which can slow things down. That said, I've found that people are generally open to feedback and willing to improve.
