Cons
There is a lot of micromanagement. You would be asked to divide a task into subtask and back to back reviews would be done and you would be pointed for every hour mentioned if as per them that subtask is just gonna take half an hour. There would be zero work life balance at the cost of doing tedious work which has nothing new to offer you except for the bad codebase you would be fixing without taking extra hours Manager is gonna come up with feedback sheet every week which is just going to state the things that you did wrong You won't be appreciated for any task and the manager is gonna take a lot of leaves and no one would be there to help you out in case you're stuck No KT and time would be given to read the codebase Upper management is worst Very low salary If you give any reason for the delay of the task, you won't be considered There is no supportive work culture. People aren't helpful especially the managers Managers are the people who were the developers in company since the start and have been promoted but mentally they don't know how to lead the team You'll work throughout day and night and will say that we don't promote weekend work or late night shifts Do not join if you are a woman. Woman generally don't join. The name looks good from outside but insights are worst Most people are split personality You won't be heard would if you say that the schedule is hectic. They will just say that this is how it is. They will conduct the retro calls and will blame you for all the things that went wrong so basically it's only you who is at fault
