Pros

Treated like a person not a number. When you go in the office they know your name. Drivers treated with respect. Dispatch is willing to listen to you and work with you to the best of their ability. Management takes the time to get to know you, learn your expectations you are looking for and work to achieve them. Pay is consistent and comparable to other companies this size. When I was hired was told that I would be home every weekend and they have held to that.
