      Great benefits. No need to worry about being asked to do overtime since the company does everything to get you out the door right at forty hours.

      Cons

      Miscommunication among management is prevalent, causing frustration and confusion. Also, management does not honor any promises made to employees nor are they easily willing to help promote great employees.
