Busch's lost several loyal & hardworking managers this year because they tend to punish those who work the hardest. These employees were underpaid, received very little recognition, and weren't opportunities for advancement. Many corporate employees are paid highly, hired from the outside, and are mediocre at best because they do not care about the company. Store Directors are also overworked and unsure about job security-creating an uneasy feeling in the stores, lack of communication, and failure to support their stronger department managers.
