Associate - Associate Busch's Employee Review

Management does not have the experience needed to manage a store of this magnitude. One manager in particular treated staff like a drill sargent. She had a terrible approach to the staff, often accusing them of cheating, stealing and made them feel that they could never do anything right. This particular manager was also good at putting blame for the stores poor performance on the staff. New store in Canton, MI may have had a chance had it been made into a regular grocery store. With only 6 aisles of groceries, people cannot complete their shopping at this store. Rarely do you see a customer with a cart full of groceries. Most people only come in to purchase the sale items. They do not discount merchandise, so there is a lot of waste. Instead of donating soon to expire food items to local food pantries, they throw it all away. The community is grateful to Kroger for their donations. Busch's is wasteful.
