Pros
Some of the employees are great to work with. The job duties are not that bad. It is nice to be paid weekly.
Cons
Customer base is horrible. Our location has some of the rudest and nastiest customers. They feel that they can be abusive and talk to you in whatever way that they want to. They yell, they are very picky and micromanage the way that you bag their groceries, they treat you as if you are their own personal servant. I would say about 75 % of the customers act this way. When you are being abused by the customer, management turns their heads and makes excuses for them. This pacifies and emboldens the customers to continue with this kind of behavior.
