The employees and customers are great

Cons

No discounts for employees. The corporate office makes a lot of decisions that don't make sense on the store level but hey they don't have to deal with the repercussions of their decisions. There are only so many full time benefit positions at each store so regarless of how many hours you work you may not get full time benefits.
