Pros

If you're liked, the people can be really nice. Managers are very flexible with scheduling and very understanding of employees needs.

Cons

A lot of the employees can be cranky if you're not liked. I witnessed a lot of gossiping and drama among the front-end service. Work ethic isn't rewarded, it all depends if people like you or not. It can get really boring up front when there are no guests, especially when cashiering.
