Pros

Usually respected by coworkers. Great pay premiums (ex. $2 more an hour on weekends, $0.50 more past 5pm, etc..). Overall it's a nice place to work.

Cons

The company is poorly run and they expect far too much out of their minimally paid associates. They throw a lot of irrelevant tasks on the employees and then complain when their actual jobs don't get done.
