Short term OK, don't stay long term. - Corporate Associate Busch's Employee Review

Each department in the office works independently. Communication is regularly lacking. Lack of morale in both offices. Many of the Corporate associates are very disconnected from store level employees. Some departments appear to be favored over others. Reviews are yearly and have nothing to do with your raise, why do them? The pay is below the standard for comparable roles at other companies.
