Pros

At Bynder we don't like bosses, so we have none. Everyone does what they do best, but we do like accountability and be proud of what we made, so we do care about what we do. All it takes is an open mindset, involvement and to share your passion, but never to forget to learn from each other.

I have to put something here, but have no bad points as of now

Benefits are amazing, Work life balance is unmatched, you are supported by both personnel and tech within your role making it easy to do your job

Cons

Management is ever changing and the job itself is extremely difficult to grow from unless you want to be an Account Executive

Work life balance is flexible

Cons

Product is not configured for customer success, it is barely operational and provides customers little value. Internal processes and structure are nonexistent and makes completing work at a regular standard nearly impossible. Everyone has an opinion but no one is willing to help, no teamwork at the end of the day.
