Pros

- A lot of freedom to implement your own ideas, propose changes thus really make an impact - If you are creative and persistent that you can truly achieve impossible - Your manager acts more like your partner than a superior - Our CEO Chris is really transparent about vision, struggles and successes of the company - Great international team, we are more friends than colleagues - I really feel ownership of all the project and a true part of the company

There is lack of strategic thinking in some departments which sometimes creates unnecessary hassle and chaos.

Benefits are amazing, Work life balance is unmatched, you are supported by both personnel and tech within your role making it easy to do your job

Cons

Management is ever changing and the job itself is extremely difficult to grow from unless you want to be an Account Executive

Work life balance is flexible

Cons

Product is not configured for customer success, it is barely operational and provides customers little value. Internal processes and structure are nonexistent and makes completing work at a regular standard nearly impossible. Everyone has an opinion but no one is willing to help, no teamwork at the end of the day.
