- Working for a very innovative company that thinks ahead of the curve - Being able to take ownership of projects - Vibrant team - High level of responsibility from an early stage - Employees are respected - Perks (e.g. massages, unlimited holidays, lunches)

Cons

- Management sometimes lacks structure / employees may be given too much responsibility with little support from managers

Benefits are amazing, Work life balance is unmatched, you are supported by both personnel and tech within your role making it easy to do your job

Cons

Management is ever changing and the job itself is extremely difficult to grow from unless you want to be an Account Executive

Work life balance is flexible

Cons

Product is not configured for customer success, it is barely operational and provides customers little value. Internal processes and structure are nonexistent and makes completing work at a regular standard nearly impossible. Everyone has an opinion but no one is willing to help, no teamwork at the end of the day.
