Pros

- Really cool, young and enthusiastic atmosphere and environment - Office locations all around the world are supreme - Very transparent communication between management and the company - Lots of flexibility on how to manage your work (remote work allowed and unlimited vacations) - The possibility of actually be a part of something bigger, contribute and have ownership of what you do - The company provides Macbooks, software, (real) books and even a nice funky chair to make sure you're physically and intellectually ready to give your best

Cons

- Even though Bynder has a pretty solid development process, sometimes it feels like it's not very demanding in terms of the outcome, resulting in some frustration for the people that actually want to make things right - It's relatively easy to take advantage of the perks the company provides and that can really have a negative impact on the people that actually works hard - Giving those exact same perks, the hiring criteria could and should be way more selective - Some people got to where they are because they joined the company at an early point and not really by merit (it's not that they are bad, they are just not in the right place)

Pros

Work life balance is flexible

Cons

Product is not configured for customer success, it is barely operational and provides customers little value. Internal processes and structure are nonexistent and makes completing work at a regular standard nearly impossible. Everyone has an opinion but no one is willing to help, no teamwork at the end of the day.
