* Talented, passionate employees * Good business plan and vision * Management team cares about employees, listens, and wants the company to be the best it can be * Big focus on diversity, equality, and inclusion * Company has been extremely flexible, supportive and compassionate during COVID-19 * Management shares information freely and is very transparent * Fun place to work

Cons

* Always a challenge when a company is global, but we try our best to communicate frequently and stay as connected as possible. Zoom meetings help a lot.

Benefits are amazing, Work life balance is unmatched, you are supported by both personnel and tech within your role making it easy to do your job

Cons

Management is ever changing and the job itself is extremely difficult to grow from unless you want to be an Account Executive

Work life balance is flexible

Cons

Product is not configured for customer success, it is barely operational and provides customers little value. Internal processes and structure are nonexistent and makes completing work at a regular standard nearly impossible. Everyone has an opinion but no one is willing to help, no teamwork at the end of the day.
