Pros
The pay and benefits are slightly competitive.
Cons
They treat employees like they truly believe the saying, "The beatings will continue until morale improves." I was hired at 9 hour days. On my first day, I was told it was going to be a 10 hour day, then it ended up being only 8. Because the whole building is on the same schedule, all of those changes happened to 100ish people. They assign same-day mandatory overtime. If you dare leave at your scheduled time, even for a doctor appointment or another important reason, you get a big mark against your attendance. Their standards for their used cars are incredibly low. They will paint an entire car so it looks good, but not change tires that are worn to secondary rubber on the outside, because the inside tread measures "good enough".
