Would've stayed if WFH was extended. Got stock. 401K. Has a lot of perks. PTO racks up fast. Almost unlimited OT. Hourly rate went up each year. Depending on role and years in position, you can cap out. They offer competitive cross training to go into a new department.
Cons
Team Leads shift fast. Lots of favoritism. Trying to go up the ladder depends on your social skills.
