Pros
There's a very relaxed vibe here. You'll get some fun perks, the people are rather nice, and the technology stack is fairly cutting edge. You'll do and learn a lot within a very short period of time. They're really big on team building, so there's happy hour, food together, team sports, and all sorts of similar stuff. It's a mixed bag, so it's hard to be too enthusiastic one way or another.
Cons
Have a life, family, or want to do something else besides spend 13 hours at work between home and office? Better work in customer service. If you're anywhere else, and you don't want to spend all your time at work, or you want to get some credit for what you do right, you should pass. Unless you're a workaholic holding out hope for equity, this is a place where you'll spend 12-18 months before losing patience.
