Pros
In the beginning they would buy lunch every Thursday and the people you work with are young and very nice. The benefits are great.
Cons
No work life balance, like at all. They made us work over 50 hours a week sometimes and it was no notice or option. Management pretends like they care about your future but they really don't. There is no opportunity for growth. They want you to perform like 5 different jobs but pay you for one. You don't have a lunch break 80% of the time. They hire from the outside and don't respect their current employees. No diversity in upper management at all. They take you ideas and adapt them as their own without giving you credit for it. You have to beg for you PTO and request it 30 days in advance and it will probably get denied. They change their policies everyday and expect you to keep up, they are so worries about money they will have you doing illegal things just to get a car out. The cars suck and they aren't transparent about them. I didn't learn any transferable skills, I wasted two years working for a company that would even give me a raise. Horrible company and worst job I've ever had.
